We take great care to ensure that technical difficulties are kept to a minimum during the live stream, but in the unlikely event that any issues do arise, we have a plan in place to quickly and effectively resolve them.
On-site technical support: Our team is on-site during the event and available to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Backup recordings: We have a minimum of two backup recordings, in the unlikely event of streaming issues. We will upload the recording as soon as possible.
Redundancy: We use multiple internet connections to ensure that there is always a backup in case of any network failure.
Monitoring: Our team will be monitoring the live stream throughout the event and will quickly address any issues that arise.
Communication: We will keep you informed of any technical difficulties and our efforts to resolve them.
